Over a period of twelve months, you will have access online to all of the knowledge and practical application steps you need to develop a Dynamic Business Plan that can be implemented with confidence within your business. This program covers the missing knowledge about running and operating a business that you don’t learn in traditional education programs. The same missing knowledge that every successful millionaire and billionaire already has.
Each team member will receive a Dynamic Profile and a two-hour Dynamic Debrief course online which will clearly identify your team’s natural talents and strengths. Costings of this component will be dependent on the number of team members to be profiled and additional to the cost of the Dynamic Business Program.
The Dynamic Business Program is conducted online for your convenience. It is essential that founders, executive, and senior management team are enrolled simultaneously. There are videos of the training conducted by Victoria Jennings, activities to be completed over the next year, downloads and audio descriptions. Each participant will have access to the Dynamic Business Program for 24 months.
You will meet with your facilitator via webinar once per month for twelve months where they will share additional strategies, insights and help you to implement your 12-month plans. You will have the opportunity to clarify any questions relating to your unique business. The recording of these will be made available to all participants as well. This component is for the founders, executives and senior management team only.
We have a separate Dynamic Teams Program developed for the remainder of your staff, as their focus will be the implementation of the strategies that the senior management team develop.
