Upon completion of the program, students will utilise the Dynamic Entrepreneur mindset necessary to attain financial freedom and the clear steps to achieving it.

She has a Trade and Business College that she started on her own in 2006 doing everything in the business herself – to growing a trusted team around her to do all the work for her – freeing her time to conduct three x one hour meetings per week (from anywhere in the world).

Now she invests in other companies and only focuses on what she loves to do and nothing else. She loves to build businesses and she loves to teach other entrepreneurs how to do what she has done, fast-tracking the time it would take to work it out for themselves. Firstly, you will receive a Dynamic Profile and a two-hour Dynamic Debrief course online which will clearly identify y our natural talents and strengths and those of the other seven profiles. This will guide you as to where you should focus your attention on your business, and it will identify your unique path to creating wealth and who you need to attract around you.

Then, you will begin the Dynamic Entrepreneur Program which is also conducted online for your convenience. There are videos of the training conducted by Victoria Jennings, activities to be completed over the next 90 days for momentum in your business, downloads and audio descriptions. You will have access to the Dynamic Entrepreneur Program for 12 months.

You will meet with Victoria via webinar once per month for three months where she will share additional strategies, insights and help you to implement your 12-week plans. You will also have the opportunity to clarify any questions relating to your unique situation. The recording of these will be made available to you as well.

This tool is great for business owners to make sure you have a balanced team, to recruit new personnel and to understand there are eight different pathways to creating wealth.

Costings of this component will be dependent on the number of team members to be profiled and additional to the cost of the Dynamic Business Program.

The Dynamic Business Program is conducted online for your convenience. It is essential that founders, executive, and senior management team are enrolled simultaneously. There are videos of the training conducted by Victoria Jennings, activities to be completed over the next year, downloads and audio descriptions. Each participant will have access to the Dynamic Business Program for 24 months.

You will meet with your facilitator via webinar once per month for twelve months where they will share additional strategies, insights and help you to implement your 12-month plans. This component is for the founders, executives and senior management team only.

We have a separate Dynamic Teams Program developed for the remainder of your staff, as their focus will be the implementation of the strategies that the senior management team develop.

To obtain the AHC21616 Certificate II in Landscaping you must achieve competency in 15 units of competency which is made up to (8) core units as well as (7) elective units.

The electives are to be chosen as follows:
• Select 4 units from list below
• 3 units may be selected from this or any other endorsed Training Package or Accredited Course offered by IPS Institute.

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification. However the learner must be employed full time or part time and have access to a workplace to gain sufficient experience to successfully complete the Unit of Competency requirements. Please refer to the relevant IPS Policies and the Student Handbook for full details.

Based on prior learning and work experience in a related field IPS Institute will conduct a RPL giving you the ability to fast track this qualification. Previously completed units of competencies or qualifications in a related field may provide you eligibility to CT the units you have already completed.
